Social Media Inc reserves the right at any time to charge fees or change the price for access to the site.
In the event that Social Media Inc so elects, it shall post notice in the membership application area.
You shall pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including, but not limited to charges for any products or services offered for sale through any of the Social Media Inc subscription sites by Social Media Inc or by any other vendor or service provider.
All fees and charges shall be billed to and paid for by you. You will not receive access to any service until subscription fees have been received by Social Media Inc .
Subscription fees are not refundable in whole or in part, even in the event your account is terminated. In the event of termination, your account will remain active through the end of the subscription term.
You shall pay all applicable taxes relating to use of Social Media Inc through your account. Your right to use Social Media Inc is subject to any limits established by Social Media Inc in its sole discretion.
You may terminate your account at any time by requesting a cancellation by contacting Member Services. You will retain access through the duration of the subscription term. You are responsible for all charges incurred up to the time the account is deactivated, whether or not such charges were actually incurred by you. Social Media Inc may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of any Social Media Inc Subscription Site for any reason, including, without limitation, any breach by you of this Subscriber Agreement, or assignment of this Subscriber Agreement by you.
You acknowledge that site administrators have the right to terminate your membership without notice for any user who restricts, inhibits or disrupts any Social Media Inc Subscription Site event or attempts to alter or improperly access any feature or function of the RedClouds Subscription Sites. Your subscription may also be subject to termination if you post or transmit any illegal content; harass or threaten any user of any Social Media Inc Subscription Site or Social Media Inc employee; post content (including the creation of usernames) that is offensive or otherwise disruptive of Social Media Inc activities; post unsolicited advertising; or impersonate a Social Media Inc employee or other individual.
