Why can't I get into my account?

Please ensure that you are logging in using the email address you used to sign up for your membership and the correct password (remember they are CASE sensitive).

 

I forgot my password!

I cannot get into the Explicit BB, Live Chat, and Cams.

This area is for members only. For security purposes you need to:

  1. Register for the Explicit BB (there is no cost to members) at http://exbb.redclouds.com/register.php
  2. Link your Explicit BB account with your membership account here: Link Forums Account
  3. Log in to the Forums by putting in your username (not email) and your password into the top right hand corner where it says "Login:" then click the box that says "Remember Me?" then clicking the LOGIN button to the right

 

How do I sign up?

You can sign up for a new account by clicking on the link 'Click Here to Join' which can be found on the individual site pages underneath the Member Entrance login where you see credit card logos. However please note that you can also sign up with various methods of payment other than credit cards.

 

Why does the site make me constantly log in?

We don't, however certain settings in your browser might. Please make sure that your browser is not disallowing cookies from our site. In order to allow you to log in, we need to set a cookie in your temporary files on your computer that tells us "They have already logged in! Don't ask them again!"

Can you please check:

  1. Another browser (do not use AOL browser). We recommend downloading the free Google Chrome.
  2. Anti-virus/malware settings/firewall settings.
  3. Cookie settings inside your browser. Here are instructions on how to enable cookies.

 

Why am I not seeing updated material?

If you are not seeing new contributions we recommend clearing your internet browser's history, (cookies, cache, etc). This link should be very helpful in doing so: http://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050.
